Terms of Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the KASIBOR iPhone app and this website, provided by KASIBOR LTD, 2 Bath Mews, Bath Parade, Cheltenham, GL53 7HL, United Kingdom. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. What KASIBOR is
KASIBOR is a free app that suggests one short discovery a day. Discoveries happen in real life; the app only suggests them and records your progress.
2. Your safety is your responsibility
Some discoveries involve going out, visiting new places or talking to people. Judge every suggestion against your own situation, health, the weather and local rules. Do not do anything you feel is unsafe — you can always skip a discovery or do it another day. Suggestions are general ideas, not professional advice.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Your content
Your notes and ratings belong to you and are stored only on your device. You are responsible for your backups; because we do not store your data, we cannot restore lost records.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as permitted by law, and not to use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, the discovery content and the KASIBOR name and logo belong to KASIBOR LTD and are protected by law.
7. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, KASIBOR LTD is not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Apple
These Terms are between you and KASIBOR LTD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live also continue to apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date shown above.
